Clinical Experience

With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I provide professional support tailored to the unique needs of adult clients in both face-to-face and remote settings. My journey has spanned diverse environments—including charities, agencies, and private practice—and I have had the privilege of developing and leading a therapy service, where I mentored and supervised trainee therapists.

My background covers a broad clinical spectrum, ranging from depression and bereavement to complex presentations such as OCD, hoarding disorder, and Bipolar I and II. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through domestic abuse, perinatal and pregnancy-related challenges, and intricate comorbid difficulties.

Area of Expertise

While my experience is broad, I specialise in helping clients navigate:

  • Anxiety & Self-Esteem: Moving from a state of apprehension to one of grounded confidence.

  • Relational & Identity Issues: Exploring how we connect with ourselves and others.

  • Cross-Cultural Challenges: Navigating diverse backgrounds and life experiences with deep cultural humility.

In every session, I bring a decade of expertise to create a safe, collaborative space where your history is honored, and your future is built on a foundation of resilience and insight.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is a blend of relational depth and evidence-based action. As an integrative therapist, I view the human experience as a dynamic system where early life experiences and unconscious processes shape current emotional patterns. Your expertise lies in bridging the gap between deep insight and practical adaptation, helping clients navigate complex presentations—from OCD and Bipolar disorders to perinatal challenges and domestic abuse—with a focus on cultural humility and systemic safety.

At the core of my practice is the belief that healing is an inherently collaborative act. I recognize that while we are shaped by our histories, we remain active agents capable of profound meaning-making. By fostering a reflective, empathetic environment, you empower clients to harmonize their conscious choices with their internal worlds. My work doesn't just target symptom reduction; it focuses on grounding in the present and building the resilience necessary for long-term flourishing.

Whether working face-to-face or remotely, I provide the vital mix of clinical resources and relational support that allows individuals to utilize their innate strengths, transform persistent behaviors, and achieve a state of authentic, connected well-being.
